MM-1: Computer-Controlled Pipe Cutting Machine

MM1 is a computer-controlled industrial cutting machine that automates the cutting of profiles, holes, and shapes in pipes with diameters ranging from 4 to 16 inches (102-406 mm).
(A 4-24 inch (102-609 mm) option is also available.)

PCC-3: Pipe Cutting and Chamfering Machine

The PCC-3 is used to cut pipes to the desired length or to bevel pipe edges for welding preparation. The pipe cutter features a self-centering speed chuck capable of gripping pipes from 0-8 inches if externally connected and 3-11 inches if internally connected. The torch holder on the machine supports a plasma or oxygen-fueled welding torch, adjustable for square or bevel cuts up to 12 inches in length. The PCC-3's variable speed control is adjustable between 1-6 rpm. The plasma version includes a grounding unit, while the oxygen-fueled version features a quick-response manifold.
