Mechanized Circular Welding Machines

The CW-5 Circular Welding Machine is designed for single or multi-pass welding of fittings or nozzles in pipes and vessels using the GMAW or FCAW process under gas protection. The circular welding machine is equipped with its own wire feeder, rotation drive motor, raising and lowering cam assembly and welding torch. Horizontal and vertical arm systems are used for positioning the torch. The CW-5 also includes a 14 kg (30 lb) reel holder. Regardless of the direction of rotation, cables and wires do not intertwine or interfere with each other. The CW-5 is supplied with the following cables: 15.2 m (50 inch) gas hose, 15.2 m (50 inch) torch cable, 15.2 m (50 inch) control cable, and all cables from the remote control box to the circular welding machine.

TheCW-5AX Circular Welding Machine is designed for single-pass or multi-pass welding of fittings and nozzles in pipes and vessels. The unit is available for saw, GMAW or FCAW welding methods. The CW-5AX offers the same features as the CW-5, as well as a gauge kit, welding torch angle adjuster, and welding wire hopper.

The remote-controlled CWE-5 Circular Welding Machine has a digital indicator for rotational speed. There is also the possibility to control the wire feed rate, cold feed/clean, pre and post flow, back combustion and the forward and backward movement of the wire feeder. Overlap welding can also be adjusted. The control panel of this circular welding machine has both manual and automatic settings. In manual setting, you can check all controls and movement speed to make sure the machine is working properly. In the automatic setting, at the push of a button, the unit will start the welding process, completely weld around the workpiece, overlap the end of the weld, close the weld and return to the starting ​​position. It is ready for the next welding process.

TheCWE-5AX Circular Welding Machine is designed for single-pass or multi-pass welding of fittings and nozzles in pipes and containers. The unit is available for saw, GMAW or FCAW welding methods. TheCWE-5AX Circular Welding Machine offers the same features as the CW-5, as well as a gauge kit, welding torch angle adjuster and welding wire hopper.

The CW-7 Circular Welding Machine is equipped for GMAW, FCAW or saw welding operations on containers and domed heads. The CW-7 has an operating range of 6 "-24" (152-610 mm) outer diameter nozzles with no cable entanglement for multi-pass welding. This unit is capable of using welding wire sizes from 0.035 "-3/32" (0.8-2.4 mm). The machine can carry wire reels of 27 kg (60 lb). The CW-7 Circular Welding Machine comes with wire feeder, welding gun and cable assembly, welding wire hopper, wire reel and measuring kit and is mounted on a 3 jaw chuck.

The CW-18 Circular Welding Machine is designed for welding nozzles to containers or dome-shaped heads using the SAW process. The CW-18 is mounted on a 3-jaw chuck. It is capable of welding on outer diameters from 10" to 50" (152-1270 mm) and welding wire diameters of 3/32-5/32" (2.4-4.0 mm). The wire feed control box provides: wire speed (amperage) control, voltage control, wire backburn, welding contact, cold wire switch, welding start parameter setting, and welding crater parameter setting.

The Mini Circular Welding Machine (MCW) is designed for applications such as tower brackets inside wind energy towers and small tubes in boiler plate casings. Equipped with a microcomputer-controlled motion system and LED speed indicator, the MCW ensures that every weld is precise and repeatable.
