DC-IV
DC IV has a gear drive system over the Kıramayer with a double speed range option. For mounting, welding or cutting of fittings and accessories. Consists of a DC IV Drive unit mounted on a 12 inch (305 mm) diameter cradle.

GO-FER ® IV
GO-FER ® IV is a portable, versatile and robust tractor designed for all your cutting and welding needs. It's like using three units together! You can use one of the oxygen-fuel or plasma welding torches in the cutting process.
It can also carry a plasma torch for engraving operations. GO-FER ® IV can be used in any position.

Fully Modular System

Piper-Plus
PIPER-PLUS IS an independent, digitally controlled, mechanized pipe welding system that reduces pipe welding costs with high welding speed and excellent welding quality. Featuring increased duty cycle and arc on time, this rail welder delivers significant improvements in productivity.
With Piper-Plus, all welding parameters including voltage, wire feed rate, current, movement and oscillation can be programmed and controlled digitally.

Universal Bug-O-Matic
A flexible, compact drive and oscillator combination to weld in any position! The Universal Bug-O-Matic (BUG-5700, BUG-5702 and BUG-5704) is a compact unit that combines a powerful drive and a precision oscillator into a single body. The unit is lightweight and can be easily transported by a single operator. In addition, the rail welding system operates in all positions and can be used for vertical and ceiling welds.
Only by replacing the carrier, the unit can work on rigid rail, semi-flexible rail, high-flexible rail or complete ring rail welding. The opening mechanism of the carrier allows the unit to be placed or released anywhere on the rail. During the welding process, the movement speed, swing width and swing speed, as well as the waiting times to the left and right can be set .

- This rail features a rigid section made of bent high-quality alloy for circumferential applications. The rail can be ordered as a complete ring (BRR-1210-__) or in individual parts (BRR-1180).

- This rail option can bend inwards or outwards up to a minimum radius of 15′ (5 m) without permanent deformation.

Zipper Welder
Bug-O Zipper Welding Machine is designed for vertical welding seams in open field storage tanks. The system consists of two standard components: the box rail assembly with carrier and the Modular walking tractor. The box rail assembly with carrier mechanism is hung on the upper edge of the section section. It can roll into place and is secured with strong on/off magnets. Box rails are available for 8-foot and 10-foot seams.
The Zipper Welding Machine uses a Modular walking tractor and offers systems equipped with pendulum or linear oscillating welding machines. An optional Automatic Welding Torch Height Control System is also available for each unit.
