Linear Oscillation Device

The WPD-2500 is a standalone machine used for oscillation welding. It can be mounted as part of a welding fixture or on a track-mounted walking module. The Linear Oscillation Machine is particularly useful for V-groove oscillation welds, especially in butt welds. The oscillation module is attached to the end of an adjustable geared arm held by a rack and pinion holder, which can be mounted to the front of the walking module or directly to the welding fixture.

K-BUG 5050

The K-BUG 5050 is a compact unit designed for use with a welding torch support and positioning apparatus, or for retrofitting to a carrier. It is ideal for butt or fillet welds on straight or curved profiles. The remote control panel digitally controls motion parameters, including weld speed, width, and dwell times. The control panel also offers centering capability and interfaces with the welding power supply to control weld contact.

Standalone CDs Linear Oscillating Device

TheCDS-6350 is a stand-alone machine used for oscillation welding. It can be mounted as part of the welding fixture or on a walking module that moves on the rail. It is especially useful for oscillation welds to V-groove weld mouths in butt welds. The swing box is attached to an adjustable lever. It can be held by a lever that can be mounted in front of the drive slideway or directly on the welding fixture.

THEBUG-6350 is designed as a stand-alone machine used for oscillation welding. It can be mounted as part of a welding fixture or on a walking module that moves on a rail. The Pendulum Oscillating Machine is especially useful for welding corner welds with oscillation at corner joints. The swing module is attached to the front of the haulage module or to the end of an adjustable threaded arm held by an arm that can be mounted directly to the welding fixture.
